Patients who are prescribed regular medications for a medical condition may have their prescriptions refilled for a year after being evaluated for the stability of their condition.
If the patient has not been seen in the office and evaluated for the status of their condition in over a year the patient will be allowed a 1 (one) month refill of their medications to allow them time to make an appointment for an annual prescription evaluation or Health Maintenance exam.
