No Show Policy

Patients:

Please be advised that Gunnison Valley Family Physicians implements a strict No-Show policy.  Due to the increasing number of patients not canceling their appointments, we are forced to charge a $50.00 no-show fee as this is valuable time to you, the patient, the Doctor, and the staff.

If you are unable to make your appointment time, please call and notify the front desk so that we may fill the appointment slot with another patient that needs to be seen.  You will be allowed three no-show charges before you are discharged from the practice.
